- Devotee Full Name and Contact Mobile Number
- Requested Check-in and Check-out dates
- Number of accompanying family members or guests
- Government-issued photo identification proof presented upon in-person check-in (required by law)

Information provided by devotees is used exclusively for:
- Verifying room availability and confirming Bhakta Niwas reservations.
- Sending direct communication regarding check-in timings, Darshan/Aarti schedules, and travel assistance.
- Complying with local pilgrimage administration, safety, and security requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade devotee contact information to any third parties or commercial advertising networks. All communication remains strictly between the devotee and our verified Sansthan seva office.
