Main Aarti Ceremonies & Timings

Kakad / Mangala Aarti (5:00 AM – 5:30 AM)
The day's first auspicious invocation awakening the Lord. Devotees staying at Sansthan Bhakta Niwas can easily walk to the temple by 4:45 AM.

Madhyahna Bhog Aarti (12:00 PM – 12:20 PM)
Mid-day sacred food offering to Mahadev, followed by temple resting hours until 4:00 PM.

Sandhya Maha Aarti (8:00 PM – 8:30 PM)
Splendid evening worship with traditional multi-tier brass oil lamps, resonant temple bells, and damru beats on the holy Narmada banks.

Shayan Aarti (8:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
The concluding evening night ceremony after which the temple sanctum doors are closed for devotee visits.

Sacred Pilgrim Etiquette & Decorum

Dress Code: Devotees are requested to wear modest Indian attire (Dhoti / Kurta for men, Saree / Salwar Kameez for women). Short clothing is strictly prohibited inside the sanctum.
Holy Water Abhishek: Only clean holy Narmada water is permitted for Jalabhishek on the sacred Shivlinga.
Electronics & Photography: Mobile phones and cameras must be switched off or placed in bags before entering the Garbha Griha.
Senior Citizen Seva: Wheelchair assistance and ramp paths are available from the suspension bridge to the temple entrance.
